Can I check in late at night?
Yes. Check-in is available 24 hours. Please send us your flight number so we know when to expect you.
Do you offer airport pickup?
We don't offer airport pickup. Ride apps and taxi counters are in the arrivals hall, and we'll send you our location. When you leave, we can arrange your ride to the airport for about US$8–10.
Is breakfast included?
You can book room only or with breakfast. Breakfast costs US$5 per person: Western, Indian or Sri Lankan, vegetarian or non-vegetarian.
How do I pay?
Pay at the hotel by credit or debit card, or in cash (US dollars or Sri Lankan rupees). You can also pay in advance securely via a payment link we send you. Prepayment isn't required.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before arrival. Cancellations within 24 hours of arrival, or no-shows, are charged the full amount.
Can children stay?
Yes, children are welcome. We can't add extra beds, so families usually choose the Family Room (3 guests) or the Quadruple Room with Sea View (4 guests).
